Unlocking happiness with a handover ceremony

A lengthy lockdown gave home buyers anxious moments to VJ homeowners whose homes were nearing possession. At VJ, we decided to go the extra mile to give the homeowners of Yashwin Hinjawadi Building C, a reason to smile.
On 27 and 28 June 2020, we held the possession handover ceremony for them. With the lockdown in place, we ensured that the entire handover was conducted with strict social distancing.
To ensure that there is no overcrowding at the site, visit slots were created. The homeowners could choose their most suited slot and complete the handover ceremony, strictly in that slot only. Every visitor underwent thermal screening and complete sanitisation.
At the same time, some homeowners chose to take the possession in a virtual ceremony. We connected over a video call to hand over the possession to them.
To add to the positive vibes, we welcomed the customers with a dhol-tasha pathak, which set the tone for the ceremony. The pooja was done by a guruji to add to the auspiciousness of the occasion.
The homeowners were extremely happy about getting the possession of their homes at Yashwin Hinjawadi Building C. Their smiles gave us a sense of joy and pride.
