Together we Learn, Together We Grow: Hand Skill Training to the Engineers of VJ

In its constant pursuit of excellence, VJ had organized a skill training programme for its able workforce. The training programme was held on 22nd Nov 2017 and lasted until 24th Nov 2017 at Yashwin 2.0 in Baner-Sus. The topic of the training was discussing the 'Process of Painting'. The range of topics dealt with was as follows:

Day 1: Surface Preparation and application of Primer
Day 2: Application of double coat of Putti
Day 3: Painting 1st and 2nd coat

The event was attended by project managers, site engineers as well as supervisors of Yashwin 2.0, Yashwin Jeevan, and Yashwin Anand. Mr. Sarvesh Javadekar and Mr. Aditya Javadekar also gave their inputs at the live training. The training programme was an attempt to show our gratitude towards our resilient workforce.
